Tour Cancellation Policy:

• All packages are non refundable/non transferrable/non rebookable
• Owing to acts of God, we will refund 50% of the amount
• Underground River visiting entry permit, audio device and Big/Small Lagoon entrance cost is non refundable
• Any cancellation charge by accommodation will be bear by the guests (100% payment non refundable)

Important Notes:

• Small Lagoon will be removed from the regular Tour A package. Additional payment requires to include in the Tour A package.
• Big Lagoon and Small Lagoon can no longer visited on the same day.
• Effective December 1, 2018, the Protected Area Office (PAO) will be collecting environmental user fee of Php200/pax for Big Lagoon and Php200/pax for Small Lagoon.
• Advance booking for Big Lagoon and Small Lagoon will be required and “first come-first serve” basis. No Combination will be allowed
